And now for some steak…
Prime-Ko, a trendy restaurant on the Upper West Side of NYC has the most incredible miso marinated rib steak. Try our version; it is sure to become a classic barbecue favorite.

Ingredients:
4 rib steaks
Miso marinade-
1 cup dark miso (no msg)
1/2 cup hot water
Directions:
1. Mix miso with hot water until it dissolves. Use more hot water if necessary.
Cool and use as marinade for meat.
2. Place steaks in large bowl or dish. Pour marinade over steak. Marinate overnight or a few hours.
3. Bring steak to room temperature. With a paper towel, pat steaks dry.
4. Grill on high for 6 minutes. Flip steak over with tongs and cook for another 6 minutes for medium doneness.
TIP: Use lighter miso if using for poultry or fish.
