Feldheim is offering an index of all Jamie Geller’s recipes found in both Quick & Kosher and Quick & Kosher Meals in Minutes. Categorized by meat, dairy and parve as well as by course this index will prove itself handy. It also includes eight bonus recipes from Quick & Kosher Meals in Minutes.
Most importantly the guide highlights 140 kosher for Pesach recipes, or those which can be simply adapted for use on Pesach.
Now is the time to scan your cookbooks for those rest-of-the-year recipes which lend themselves well for Pesach. Since its not advisable to use your year round cookbooks for Pesach its wise to photo copy the relevant recipes and create a pesach recipe binder.
