Crudite in Bread Cups

November 24th, 2010 Print

We are always in search of unique ideas for serving simple foods at parties. Celebrations at Home featured this clever way to dress up simple crudite and dip.

Serve individual servings of carrot and celery sticks in hollowed slices of french baguettes. Only remove the bread centers halfway down, to form a cup so the dip doesn’t spill out. We recommend placing each bread cup on a small plate or sauce to keep things neat.

What a great idea! I’m thinking while typing that an assortment of dips can be offered on a tray of these bread cups.
