King Arthur Parve Flour Mixes Go Gluten-Free

Award-winning King Arthur Flour, America’s oldest flour company, has just introduced Gluten-Free Flour Mixes that are certified Kosher Parve by the CRC. The mixes, which are also wheat-free, soy-free and nut-free, are also great for those who keep Cholov Yisroel.
According to King Arthur, the mixes, currently available for sale online, will be available in many large supermarkets in the near future.
In addition to their Gluten Free Multi-Purpose Flour, the following mixes from this line are currently available: Bread Mix, Cookie Mix, Brownie Mix, Muffix Mix, Choclate Cake Mix, Pizza Crust Mix and Pancake Mix.
