Fruited Orzo

Ingredients:
1 box dry orzo
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup craisins
1/4 cup dried apricots
1/4 cup dried pineapple
Directions:
- Boil water in a medium saucepan. Add orzo and cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, saute the diced onion in oil. Drain cooked orzo and toss with the sauteed onion, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Dice the apricots and pineapple to a similar size as the craisins and mix with the orzo.
