Hot Chocolate On A Stick
July 8th, 2010 PrintAt Savvima we pride ourselves on providing timely tips and ideas to suit every season and holiday. Sometimes though, we stumble upon something we simply can’t shelve until its proper time. It may be HOT outside now but we adored this idea and had to share it right away!
Some may think we’re as crazy as the stores that display kids’ backpacks in July, but we think being ahead of the game is what makes us Savvy! So bookmark this page for the winter months when you’ll be ready to prepare a batch of hot chocolate on a stick for your family or to use as Chanukah favors for teachers, friends, or bus drivers.
These are sure to have everyone swooning as they swirl their mugs of hot milk with chocolate!
Experiment with white chocolate too and don’t forget to add flavor extracts such as raspberry or peppermint. Or dredge the pops in crushed red hots or peppermint candies…
Don’t you love the Birchware wooden spoons? You can buy them here.
These were made with a standard ice cube tray and wooden coffee stirrers.
And we love the idea of adding marshmallows.
