Corn Salad

Ingredients:

3 cups corn niblets
2 kirby cucumbers, diced
2 pickles (sour or garlic), diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
3 Tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium salad bowl. Toss well to combine.
