{Sweet} Vegetable Turnovers

1 Onion
1 Green Squash
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Orange Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
5 tablespoons sugar
Salt to taste
Oil
36 Precut Flaky Dough squares.
Directions:
- Shred the onions, squash, and peppers in a food processor, then Sauté for about 15 minutes. Add a bit of water and continue cooking for another 45 minutes until it’s really soft. Add sugar and salt.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of the vegetable filling on each dough square and fold into a triangle. Paint with an egg wash (Egg and a little sugar) and bake at 350 degrees until golden.
