Chicken Spinach & Kishka Wellington

Ingredients:

1 package of Flaky pastry dough squares (10 squares)
chicken cutlets

Spinach Mixture-
8 ounces frozen spinach (cooked as per package directions)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/4 Cup matzah meal
Salt, to taste

Kishka Mixture -
1 store-bought kishka, or your favorite recipe

Directions:

  1. Place 1 piece of chicken cutlet on a flaky dough square.
  2. Add Spinach Mixture.
  3. Add Kishka
  4. Bring up all 4 sides of the dough. Place seam side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
