Pickled Corned Beef

Ingredients:

3-4 pounds corned beef
4 tablespoons mustard
4 tablespoons oil
2 cups brown sugar
4 tablespoons vinegar
10 tablespoons ketchup

Directions:

  1. Place the corned beef in a large stockpot and fill with water to cover. Bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiled, pour water out and refill pot. Bring to a boil again then lower the flame and cook for about 4-5 hours.
  3. Pour off water and refrigerate the meat overnight. Slice when chilled.
  4. Combine sauce ingredients and pour sauce over the sliced meat.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes covered.
