Ingredients:
1/4 cup coffee granules
1 pint (or two cups) vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup sugar (or sugar to taste)
hot water
milk
Directions:
- In a 7 ounce cup, dissolve the coffee with hotwater.
- Combine the coffee mixture and the ice cream in a pitcher. Add sugar and mix well.
- Add milk to fill the pitcher almost to the top and mix well.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
You can also put ice cubes in a baggy and float the baggy in the pitcher. It will keep the coffee cold without diluting.
