Ingredients:

1/4 cup coffee granules
1 pint (or two cups) vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup sugar (or sugar to taste)
hot water
milk

Directions:

  1. In a 7 ounce cup, dissolve the coffee with hotwater.
  2. Combine the coffee mixture and the ice cream in a pitcher. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. Add milk to fill the pitcher almost to the top and mix well.
  4. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

You can also put ice cubes in a baggy and float the baggy in the pitcher. It will keep the coffee cold without diluting.
