{Crockpot} Jambalaya

Ingredients:

2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, diced (or use cooked chicken from chicken soup)
3 polish beef sausages/kielbasa, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 red/green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 2 teaspoons garlic powder)
1 small can tomato paste
1 large can diced tomatoes (you can substitute a large can of tomato sauce if someone has an aversion to tomatoes)
3-4 cups chicken / beef stock
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 bay leaves
1 small dash of Tabasco sauce
2 cups white rice, uncooked

Directions:

Throw everything together in the crock pot. Cook for seven hours on low, stirring occasionally. Add water if needed.
