Sweet & Sour Tilapia

Ingredients:

Tilapia fillets
flour
eggs
bread crumbs
oil for frying

For the Sauce:
3/4 cups BBQ sauce
3/4 cups duck sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce


Directions:

  1. Cut the tilapia in chunks, dip them in the flour, then eggs, and then bread crumbs.
  2. Fry until golden. Put into a foil pan.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the fish.
  4. Bake it in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes.
