Strawberry-Rhubarb Soup

Ingredients:

1 package frozen rhubarb
3 cups water
1/2 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 teaspoon grated orange peel

Directions:

1. Boil the water.  Add all ingredients except strawberries.  Bring to boil again and let simmer for 20 minutes.

2. Blend half the mixture and the strawberries in a blender.  Add the remaining mixture.

3. Serve cold.  Garnish with mint leaves.

Parve.
